For the Cauliflower Bites:

  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or chickpea flour for a gluten-free option)
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (such as almond milk or oat milk)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Sauce:


1. Prepare the Cauliflower:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and dry the cauliflower florets.

2. Prepare the Batter:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth batter.

3. Coat the Cauliflower:

  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting any excess batter drip off.
  • Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

4. Bake the Cauliflower:

  • Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking..

5. Coat the Cauliflower with Sauce:

  • Place the baked cauliflower florets in a large bowl and drizzle the TIP32 BBQ sauce over them.
  • Gently toss the cauliflower to coat them evenly with the sauce.

6. Serve:
